Be cheerful, positive, and always have an optimistic reply even if it's 'off the wall'. It's a means towards the end of which you will gain their trust, appreciation because they will learn you always 'keep your face towards the sun' -Helen Keller, and that means you are a success so long as you never give up.
Never give up. My life long struggle until I learned that if I didn't the answer was LITERALLY just around the bend. After that I found out never giving up was simple. Not always easy, but anything worth keeping, having is never easy.
